EVS Housekeeper

COVID VACCINATED (BOTH DOSES) Preferred Successful candidates will have previous hospitality experience, and a proven track record of professionalism, accountability, team commitment, and great customer service skills! Skills:
All LGC employees must be in uniform and ready to work at the meeting area listed at the start time.
Not doing so could comprise job eligibility.
Every shift requires that you check in & out with onsite contact for hours verification.
Possible responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Cleans and disinfects all rooms, cabinets, counter tops, floors, corridors, walls, restrooms and the exterior of the building daily, and as needed.
Removes all regular and biohazardous waste daily and more often if needed.
Maintains the cleanliness of the yard and the upkeep of the garden.
Vacuums, strips, buffs and/or waxes the floor at regular intervals and more often if needed.
Inspects the building for any signs of infestation (vermin, ants, termites, etc) and performs necessary preventive and/or corrective action.
Sets up tables and chairs for meetings as needed.
Assists in moving and setting up furniture/equipment in offices.
Assists outside contractors (waste collectors, housekeeping supplier, etc.
) when they perform work for the clinic.
Performs and assists with all building maintenance, upkeep, preventive maintenance schedules and minor repairs.
