The VP, Financial Planning and Analysis role will oversee Reformation's FP&A function. The VP will report to the CFO and be a member of the Leadership team. Responsibilities will include all facets of forecasting, annual and strategic planning, leveraging financial insights to influence executive leaders across all segments to achieve financial goals. Working with the CFO, the VP will prepare and lead the function through a likely capital transaction in the next 1-2 years. The role will be responsible for building and leading a team who will evolve and optimize our FP&A function. This position requires a process-minded and accomplished finance professional with consistent results in dynamic, high-growth businesses. This individual will also play a key role supporting private equity and investor relations and driving communications to effectively convey the Company's strategy to maximize long-term and sustainable value creation. What You'll Do:
Serve as strategic business partner to the CFO and leadership team on a wide range of financial, strategic, operational, and organizational topics. Interface with peers to evaluate and advise on the financial impact of short and long-term strategic and operational plans. Provide financial and business decision support and develop and evaluate new growth opportunities to sustainably scale the business. Drive an efficient, effective, and comprehensive process for developing our annual and long range financial plans and analyses that link to Ref's strategic objectives. Ensure that all budgets and forecasts are accurate, comprehensive, and completed in a timely fashion. Communicate risks, opportunities and assumptions clearly. Partner with business leaders to drive performance across the business in areas of top line growth and operating leverage. Evaluate business performance relative to expectations. Lead accountability meetings by business segment in order to provide insight to projection variances vs. budget and make recommendations with a bias to action, as appropriate. Deliver timely, accurate, and effective analysis and reporting of financial and operational performance metrics, including weekly and monthly flashes, monthly reporting packages and annual lookbacks. Help drive best practices, benchmarking and frameworks for driving growth and profitability Lead by example in developing, motivating, attracting and retaining a highly effective global finance team and inspire change and collaboration. Build a high-performance culture and manage the team to be a best-in-class, high performance, analytically driven organization. Select, implement and manage key budgeting and analysis tools Work closely with the accounting team on performance vs actuals Play a key role in helping refine capital structure and balance sheet, including priorities, capital allocation, liquidity management and financing. Maintain and enhance our cash flow model and projections Work with the CFO and executive leadership team to develop scripts, talking points, presentations and other communications strategies and materials that clearly illustrate the Company's investment thesis, strategy and performance. Partner closely with the CFO and investor relations on internal and external communications and company positioning. Prepare the company for a potential quarterly earnings process. What You'll need:

years of experience in FP&A or related roles; 5
years proven work experience as a VP of FP&A, Head of FP&A, Director of FP&A, or similar role Demonstrated outstanding financial leadership skills and expertise with an emphasis on financial analysis, budgeting, management reporting and projections. Skilled at creating processes and organization around routine FP&A business function as well as transactions. Experience building complex pro-forma finance models as part of company forecasting and reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial culture. Ability and willingness to dive deep into details. Demonstrated hands on experience building or scaling the FP&A function, ideally in later stage start ups or smaller public companies Track record of building, leading, and inspiring high-performing teams Executive-level communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in both formal and informal settings - cut through the noise Commitment to diversity and inclusion and a belief that diverse teams bring better business and customer outcomes You think boldly, lead with courage, and demand the highest standards Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate with peers, subordinates, and executive management. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
