We are looking for a Director of Operations who will be responsible for leading process improvements and efficiency across our operational functions (distribution, transportation, supply chain, customer service, etc.). We are a fast growing omni channel direct-to-consumer business (ecommerce, wholesale, and retail). What You'll Do:
Leadership, Culture and Team:
Serve as a change agent and manager throughout the company Instill a culture of continuous improvement and customer/service focus, aligned with Reformation's values Be service oriented and solve problems and fix processes cross functionally Develop working relationships with other functions and leaders to create transparency into input metrics and service levels to other functions/departments (merchandising, production, factory, wholesale, retail, international) Serve as the cheerleader and voice of planned change to the organization Over time, build and lead a team of CI managers, project managers and product managers that will support scale and evolution of the business cross functionally Process Improvement Develop ongoing process improvement framework and toolkit that can be utilized throughout the organization for both large scale projects and change (ERP, WMS, etc.) and day to day operational improvements Partner closely with the COO to identify efficiency optimization opportunities to drive scale and efficiency throughout the operations Proactively develop projects and opportunities based on assessment of the operations and future growth (examples:
customer returns and S&OP) Facilitate the change process from start to end, sometimes leading and doing and sometimes coaching teams Instill a strong bias for measurement and results of projects Ensure the definition of success at the onset and retrospective learnings and measurement Back End Systems Create a product management process in concert with the technology team for the evolution of back end systems Work with internal teams to distill company challenges and process into systems requirements and features Connect systems roadmaps into change processes and playbooks Work closely with the technology team to deliver and execute the roadmap What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations or Supply Chain related fields 5
years of experience in operations and / or supply chain related work Previous experience with ERP, WMS and e-commerce systems in an omni channel environment Working knowledge of warehousing operations, 3PLs, supply chain, S&OP Strong understanding of financial concepts related to project evaluation, financial forecasting, return on investment, etc. Spanish language a plus Who You Are:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
